Compliance Data Manager

A well-regarded housing association with a nationwide presence are looking for a Compliance Data Manager to join the team for an initially 3-month contract.

The Compliance Data Manager will act as data specialist, handling data relating to compliance and building safety. Work will include:

• External data requests from the fire service, insurers, councils, etc.
• Internal data request relating to stock transfers
• Tracking the ‘Golden Thread’

Knowledge and understanding of building safety within the context of social housing is required for this role. While qualifications like Prince2 Project Management would be a real bonus.

The housing association offer flexible working patterns, such as hybrid working so the Compliance Data Manager can be based anywhere in the UK.

We’re looking for someone who can start ASAP so they can be a handover period.
