Contracts Manager

I’m working with a well-regarded housing association to find a Contracts Manager to join their team for an interim assignment. The Contracts Manager will:

• Manage a team of contractors
• Analyse data
• Handle material supply management
• Lead the team, working with various colleagues and departments
• Handle contracts relating to repairs

Previous experience in a similar role is essential for this position, as well as having worked within the social housing space. Prior experience as a repairs manager or contracts manager is required too.

The Contracts Manager will enjoy flexible working patterns, but should be able to travel in and around the West Midlands when required, particularly around Birmingham.
