Corporate Tax Manager – FinTech

A global Fintech is looking to recruit a commercial and technically minded Corporate Tax Manager, to join their strong Tax team, based in London

Role:

• Oversight of group tax accounting under IFRS and UK GAAP
• Submission of Corporate tax returns
• SAO
• Transfer Pricing
• R&D Tax Credits
• M&A
• Tax Technology

Required:

• ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified
• Strong understanding of FRS101/2 and IFRS Tax accounting requirements.
