  • Comprehensive management of debt recovery, including proactive debt collection, tenant payment plans negotiation, decision-making on invoking debt recovery procedures, and collaboration with legal proceedings.
  • Ongoing improvement of invoice-to-cash processes to achieve a 45-day average ageing of arrears and mitigate bad debt risks.
  • Efficient cash management, including collections, refunds, and accurate allocation of receipts.
  • Preparation of relevant statements and reports.
  • Assessment and monitoring of bad debt risk, proposing necessary actions for approval.
  • Generation of regular management information reports on various performance indicators.
  • Review and maintenance of Credit Control policy and procedures.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data for informed decision-making.

Core Competencies:

  • Linking industry developments to process improvements and risk management.
  • Continuous evaluation and recommendation of financial and governance controls.
  • Positive relationship development with stakeholders while applying professional and ethical judgement.
  • Experince within Property or Real Estate is desired.

Remote work may be possible based on the manager’s discretion and organisational policies. Regular face-to-face communication with tenants is required during market operating hours, which is between 10pm – 5am, every fortnight, in coordination with the Head of Property.

In our company values we aim for equity at all stages of the recruitment process, please let us know if we can do anything to make the process more accessible to you.
