Goodman Masson are exclusively partnering with an international shipping company based in Muscat, Oman. They currently require a Credit Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for:
- Credit analysis (financial statement analysis, industry analysis)
- Financial modelling and valuation
- Preparation of credit memos, asset valuation, marketing research
- Participate in the Credit Committee
- Preparation of term sheets, facility agreements and full set of documents necessary for internal credit processes
- Deals execution and project team communications
- Participation in the deals presentation and defence at the credit committee/corporate bodies
You will have the following:
- 5 years of relevant experience (Credit analysis, financial modelling, participate in the Credit Committee) in a bank / leasing companies
- Solid financial modelling skills
- Ability to read, understand and analyses IFRS / RAS financial statements
- Excel profi-user
- Excellent writing and verbal skills in English
- Participation in CFA program as a plus
- Knowledge of the marine vessel market as a plus
- Nice to have: verbal skills in Russian as a plus
