Data Analytics Team Leader – Permanent Opportunity

Goodman Masson are currently working with an esteemed healthcare organisation in London seeking a Data Analytics Team Leader

Duration: Permanent

Location: London – 1 day onsite

Salary: £49,036-£55,049 per annum (inclusive of HCAS)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring delivery of reporting, data analysis and provision of data to support the organisation’s operations and strategic direction
• Reporting to the BI Business Partner Manager
• Line management of the data and trainee data analysts
• Ensuring quality assurance of data requests, analysis and pieces of development
• Using a mix of SQL coding, SSRS, PowerBI and Excel
• Supporting the information business partners and other BI teams to resource for development requests and projects
• Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The successful candidate will have…

• Advanced SQL skills
• Advanced level of MS Excel
• Experience of using SSRS and PowerBI
• Proven ability to explain complex analytical methods to non-analytical people
• Extensive experience of analysing complex datasets effectively in a variety of settings
• Experience of working with and combining data contained with different data sources
• Previous line management experience
• Proven track record of managing a team
• Extensive experience of working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to better understand their data and reporting requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
