Permanent Position Required: Data Operations Manager

We are partnered with a large organisation in the Housing industry who are looking for a Data Operations Manager to join a growing Data team as they design, build and operationalise their data strategy.

You will use your data expertise to help transform they way the Housing sector manages data through designing and implementing a leading end-to-end platform.

Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 + up to 30% performance bonus and excellent benefits!

Remote working

Location: London offices

The Data Operations Manager will: 

• Be responsible for the management and governance of data
• Provide leadership on the promotion and education of best practice for data quality controls
• Build and oversee robust control environments across all data sets, creating agile monitoring capabilities
• Maintain ETL protocols
• Build and design an operating framework (DataOps) that supports the business and consumers
• Cultivate and drive a data-led organisation, using strong stakeholder support
• Deliver continuous improvement across data quality, supporting the maturation and working with enabling functions
• Supporting and mentoring teams and stakeholders across data management
• Manage a small team of 2 Data Analysts

The successful Data Operations Manager will have:

• Strong data quality, data governance and management background
• Worked on CRM technology solutions in the past, ideally Salesforce (desirable)
• Experience leading and managing teams accountable for data quality
• Strong communication skills
