Development Manager (Delivery)

Day Rate : £450-550 a day (Outside of IR35)

6 month initial contract

Are you an experienced Development Manager / Delivery Manager looking for their next interim contract? Have you got prior experience delivering residential schemes on behalf of an RP or housing association?

I am working with our housing association client who are looking to appoint a development manager for an initial 6 month period

The role:

• Delivery of development programme and manage the delivery team to ensure projects are delivered
• Work with and support new business team, undertaking pre-contract project management of new opportunities identified
• Delivery of development schemes and ensure they are completed in accordance with project time scales, budget and grant allocation, reporting regularly on performance and progress

This will be a hybrid role, mixture of home working and site visits
