I am looking for an experienced Employee Relations Case Manager for a new role at a large property organisation.
The role is covering the southern England region with some travel required but would suit someone based in South West greater London or the Southern Region. The ideal candidate will be used to handling multiple cases, confident, and a strong communicator. An in depth understanding of UK employment law, hands on experience with ER cases/issues and exposure to unions is also required.
You will be joining a great team and be part of an organisation that is truly invested in your development. They operate on a flexibility for flexibility basis so whilst you are in charge of your own calendar the maturity to be able to manage this is needed.
The roles are looking for an ASAP start so if you have a notice period longer than 1 month you will not be taken to then next stage.
