I am looking for an experienced HR Advisor/Senior Advisor or Employment Relations Advisor for a large organisation. The role is covering the Midlands region with some travel required. The ideal candidate will be used to handling multiple cases, confident, and a strong communicator. An in depth understanding of UK employment law, hands on experience with ER cases/issues and exposure to unions is also required.
The roles are looking for an ASAP start so if you have a notice period longer than 1 month you will not be taken to then next stage.
