Goodman Masson are looking for a graduate Finance & Office Support Admin to join a well known restaurant group based in London.

Main Purpose:

Accurate data processing on the financial operating system and effective office administration and support to the Wholesale team.

Purchasing Support:

  • Post purchase invoices and pass all queries to purchasing for verification
  • Match up invoices and credit notes to supplier statements
  • Check off all purchase orders against Nav and forward to Oasys
  • Co-ordinate with buyers and suppliers when issues arise

Sales Support

  • Deal with new customer enquiries and account forms, as support to the sales account managers
  • Process wholesale inbox orders during their working hours
  • Manage credit card payments
  • Help maintain NAV database and CRM

Finance Support

  • Data analysis and reports
  • Process credit notes
  • Manage petty cash reconciliation
  • Fish levy return
  • Replace Credit Controller duties when away

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the capacity to build positive working relationships across functions and seniority levels
  • Multi-tasker, with superb attention to detail
  • Tact and confidentiality
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
