A global legal executive search firm are looking for a Finance Business Partner to help advise, support and guide the senior management team. The Finance Business partner will play a key strategic role in the continued international expansion of the group and take the lead on budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling of growth opportunities.

As a Finance Business Partner the responsibilities will be broad ranging. This individual will be expected to work closely with senior management to drive understanding into sales pipeline, revenue forecasting and will take the lead on reviewing all investments and business cases. In addition the Finance Business Partner will be responsible for delivering the core monthly reporting with a focus on insightful commentary and analysis to aid growth. The position holds a high level of responsibility within the organisation and the Finance Business Partner will serve as the right hand person to the MD, VP and Ops Director. Therefore this individual will need first rate communication and presentation skills alongside an innate ability to seek out commercial opportunities.

The business operates a culture of collaboration and encourages team work. The environment is quite relaxed and people are trusted to deliver within their roles without micromanagement. Therefore the Finance Business Partner needs to be a very proactive person and able to work on their own initiative.

Prior experience working in finance for a recruitment or executive search firm would be preferable. However, exposure working within another professional services firm (ideally with a large contractor base) would also be considered. This is a multinational organisation and therefore exposure to working in a medium sized international business would also be preferable.
