A FTSE leading travel and leisure business is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate to join its commercial finance function.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner the Finance Business Partner will be responsible for proactive provision of comprehensive and insightful financial and business information to champion recommendations relating to Sales, Product and Marketing as well as support the Senior Finance Business Partner to drive the business to achieve its financial targets.

Main duties include:

Provide comprehensive financial accounting, management accounting and reporting for commercial areas of the business, with a strong ability to present complex information in an accessible meaningful way

Identify efficiencies in process and drive insight into commercial reporting with a passion for continuous improvement

Day to day interactions with senior stakeholders including the Director of Sales, Marketing & Products, CFO and other board members, as well as senior commercial managers and the wider finance team. Support the wider teams to prepare and track Business Plans, Financial Plans (includes 5 year plans, budgets and forecasts) and Local Targets through co-ordinating commercial inputs.

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience with dealing with senior managers, and a resilience in dealing with challenges of historic processes, working closely with them to develop process improvements.
