A global successful restaurant business is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate to join its finance function.
This is a business partnering role, supporting the operations teams, working with stakeholders across varying levels of the business to improve current performance and deliver strong results.
This role also involves budgeting and planning, ensuring that restaurants have robust budgets in place to positively support performance and ensure maximum profitability.
As a finance lead on key operational projects, this role will help to identify savings opportunities and impact change.
Further duties include:
- Responsible for reducing Operational costs and driving sales through creating/developing a number of initiatives, making use of large amounts of data and working with Operations, suppliers and systems to realise these opportunities.
- Provide commentary and insight at Regional and Area level to help drive individual restaurant/area performance
- Ownership of the bonus model for Restaurants and Operations, understanding the economics of the scheme during the planning cycle, calculating bonus payments in-year, and monitoring how the scheme is performing to identify any potential financial risks or opportunities
- Ownership of key parts of the budget cycle, as well as ensuring that Operations buy in to and understand all elements of their budget - working with other areas of finance to understand the budget drivers in order to translate this for the Operations team
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in a finance business partnering role. Multi-site experience would be desirable. This is a chance to work for an iconic brand which truly values and develops its staff.
