Finance Business Partner – International Markets

Goodman Masson are working with a non-profit Education organisation to recruit for a Finance Business Partner who will be a key contact for their international markets. The role will provide strong financial insight and guide international markets through the business planning cycle.

You will be involved in some highly commercial activities and have strong experience across areas such as analysing margins and profitability, ideally within sales driven environments.

Day to day duties:

• Build relationships to understand the needs of Directors, budget holders and department heads
• Provide robust challenge to stakeholders
• Oversee general financial management and ensure maintenance of accurate financial records
• Produce monthly management reporting packs including commentary and analysis of performance
• Provide insightful analysis to assist decision making
• Carry out strategic reviews such as financial forecasting and annual budgeting
• Assist with implementation of new processes and systems
• Assist with internal and external audit activities

Essential:

• CCAB Qualified or equivalent
• Good experience of margin/profitability analysis
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to contribute to improvement/change
