A multi-site leisure business is looking to recruit a part qualified/finalist ACCA/CIMA candidate to join its finance function. Main duties include:

-Support the Finance Director in the preparation of monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheets

- Prepare and report twice weekly revenue and sales pre-book reports

-Prepare and send weekly trading reports to the Executive & senior management team

-Prepare and report monthly data dashboards for the Executive team

-Assist with the preparation of pricing analysis for the annual review of product pricing

-Provide ad hoc analysis and take on business projects as required

-Post staff expenses from payroll

-Provide balance sheet reconciliations as required and the reconciliation of control accounts

-Reconcile vouchers outstanding at month end

-Reconcile service charge and rent balances

-Close the Purchase Ledger at month end and record creditor balances by suppliers

-Recharge shared utility charges to all third parties

- Process all holding company invoices

-Process all annual merchandise stock invoices

-Raise all Sponsorship and Royalty sales invoices

-Provide an overview and feedback of Administration Managers work as required

-Prepare audit files and liaise with auditors in conjunction with the Finance Director

-Maintain accounting software

-Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns

You will be ACCA/CIMA part qualified/finalist with a management accountant/FP&A background. Experience in leisure or retail would be desirable.
