Finance Manager

A global PE Backed sports media group is looking to hire an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate to join its finance function.

Managing a small team of two, the role will report into the Global Financial Controller and will work closely with them to ensure month end reporting deliverables are met. You will be a key member in a team which is responsible for the UK reporting for key stakeholders within the business.

Main duties include:

• Ownership of the daily, weekly and monthly finance reporting for the UK entities – UK plus 3 holding companies.
• Calculation and processing of month end journals for accruals, prepayments, accrued revenue and deferred revenue.
• Manage and oversee all accounting operations including receivables, payables, payroll, as well as maintaining a robust general ledger.

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a management accounting background. Team management experience would be desirable. This is a great chance to join a PE business with recent investment and growth. The company offers flexible working
