Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity is available for a Financial Planning Analyst to join an established housing association in central London on an 18 month fixed term contract.

Reporting into the Senior Corporate Financial Analyst, as the Financial Planning Analyst you will be responsible for a range of financial planning and analysis projects. You will play a vital role in the management of the organisations corporate business plan and will be responsible for the delivery of key information and analysis to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of the Corporate Business Plan and ensure it is accurate and up to date at all times.
  • Support the delivery of relevant and timely financial planning and analysis information to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with managers across the business to provide analysis and advice, identify risks and seek solution to support service delivery and strategic decision making
  • Support the identification and implementation of opportunities for improving the analytical capabilities of both the financial planning function and wider business.

The Successful Applicant:

As the successful applicant you will be commercially minded and professionally qualified. You will have experience combing your accountancy and modelling skills with effective business partnering, in order to support strategic decision making and ensure the accuracy of corporate financial forecasting. You will possess a strong analytical skill-set and have the ability to improve processes and systems. Experience using Brixx modelling software will be highly regarded.
