A global leading travel business is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA qualified candidate to join its group finance team.
This role will be responsible for financial accounting, financial reporting and ad‐hoc projects for Group corporate functions and corporate financial entities. This will include ownership of the Corporate segment balance sheet and cash flow, preparation of statutory accounts for the Plc and other corporate legal entities, liaison with external auditors and provision of financial and technical accounting support for all activities within the Corporate Head Office finance team.
Key areas of the role will be to manage the financial accounting of all head office entities, including the review of relevant monthly reporting activities undertaken by the Group Finance Shared Service Centre, and to drive continuous improvement in the quality of statutory reporting and associated financial controls.
You will be ACA/ACCA qualified with statutory accounting experience, an understanding of financial statements and be happy preparing them. You will get senior exposure and exposure to ad hoc projects across the group in a business which is a brand leader.
