Financial Accountant

Financial Accountant, 12 month FTC, £60- 65k, Real Estate. Starting by mid May latest!

I’m working with a listed Real Estate business on a Financial Accountant 12 month FTC. The role sits within the Financial Reporting team and carries with it significant responsibility. Working closely with reporting team you will have oversight of :

• Preparation of annual financial statements
• Preparation of the monthly management reporting for each entity.
• Preparation of detailed and high-quality monthly variance analysis
• Liaise with year end auditors
• Assisting on the tax compliance including quarterly VAT reporting.
• Adhoc finance tasks and project work as requested.

Key Skills

• Newly qualified ACA Qualified Accountant with experience of auditing listed businesses.
