Financial Controller

EXCEPTIONAL INTERIM FINANCIAL CONTROLLER OPPORTUNITY!!- Goodman Masson are working with a global asset manager, significantly leading their market in Assets Under Managements, market insight and experience, and overall reputation.

This role is initially 14 Months FTC paying between £90,000 to £110,000 pro rata

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for Month-end close
• Reviewing of monthly management accounts
• Leading a team responsible for the maintenance of general ledgers,account analyses and reconciliations.
• Responsible for reporting statutory accounts and presenting them on time
• Responsible for the completion of financial control reconciliations, technical accounting changes and other tasks done by junior members of the finance team.

Key requirements:

• Have to be ACA fully qualified or equivalent
• Have to have previous financial service experience
• Previous experience in leading a team
• Experience within Asset or Investment Managers is preferred
