A rapidly growing and successful recruitment business is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA qualified candidate to lead its finance function in an all round financial controller role.

Managing a team of 3 you will provide support and advice across all departments of the business in the planning, development and management of the operating units.
As a prominent member of the management team, working with the Founder Directors and Shareholders, you will have a key role in developing the business, growing profitability and market share, and delivering ambitious growth plans.
The FC will have a wide ranging brief, including responsibility for:
* Monitoring and reporting business performance, production of management accounts and KPI's
* All aspects of Treasury Management
* Managing budgetary functions and processes
* Financial planning and modelling
* Cross functional commercial advice and support
* Management of the accounting and administrative functions
* Production of statutory accounts and relationship with external auditors
* Strategic Planning
* Competitive positioning and market analysis
* Primary contact with external advisors, regulatory and statutory bodies
* Tax and Forex planning

The business is based in London but with a number of international offices. The role offers a tremendous career opportunity to step up to director level in the future. You will also get the opportunity to work strategically with the directors in the long term. You will be ACA/ACCA qualified, perhaps looking for your first move from practice into industry or in a similar role in industry. This is a highly exciting role for someone who wants to manage the finance function of a rapidly growing business which is going from strength to strength.
