We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning Analyst for a position to start ASAP.

  • Champion the management of key suppliers
  • Supports the continuous improvement of planning, budgeting including rolling forecast.
  • Business partner with Senior Finance Manager acting as a key stakeholder in their decision-making process.
  • Foster a strong partnership mind-set between Finance and budget holders to provide analysis, challenge and insight on commercial finance matters and strategies
  • Provide a range of analysis activities to enable budget holders to manage and optimise their expenditure.
  • Establish processes for a smooth delivery of the month-end close
  • Continuous critical review of ways of workings and processes around recharges of people cost to projects, activation of assets and depreciation impact as well as identify opportunities for improvements in process and controls.
  • Advanced financial modelling and insights to inform and support review of business functions. Provide and deliver analysis and insight that links financial reports to business strategies
  • Lead the overall month end process across the Finance team, ensuring request and deadlines are clear
  • Prepare and review P&Ls and all financial reporting to ensure accuracy and presentation in line with business requirements (actuals, forecast, budget)
  • Provide the functions supported with strong budget management through the planning process. Special focus on the Portfolio demand and phasing of project spend and delivery.
  • Complete, Coordinate, review and evaluate the development of plans, budgets & forecasts, ensuring the most profitable allocation of resources through financial insights & constructive challenge.
  • Act as the interface with key finance stakeholders, while fully supporting the Finance Transformation program
  • Aggregate analysis and feedback to share with the management and corporate teams
