A FTSE leading travel and leisure business is looking to recruit an ACA/CIMA qualified candidate to join its finance function.
Managing a team of 2 you will manage the Group Financial Planning and Analysis team to help the business achieve its financial and related targets through meaningful financial analysis on business performance, timely and accurate reporting and tracking and management of the Group's revenue and cost performance initiatives. Main duties include:
Management of the Group's annual financial plan and monthly forecasting process and reporting.
To provide leadership and finance expertise to support process improvement projects within the organisation, with the objective of improving efficiency and accuracy of the Group's reporting systems.
Ensure compliance with all corporate governance requirements and maintain an adequate level of internal control. Ensure accuracy of financial results and forecast to facilitate leadership and senior management decision making.
Manage the preparation of the monthly, quarterly, annual (and ad hoc) corporate financial performance reporting, including management accounting submissions. Analysing, understanding and communicating meaningful financial reporting on business performance to support timely and accurate reporting to Board and Leadership Team.
Business Partnering to drive optimal business decisions, liaising with departmental finance leads to support or drive business value
Business Partnering to manage and assist in the delivery of new systems and processes to add value to the Business and drive efficiencies.
You will be ACA/CIMA qualified with team management experience in an FP&A role where you have managed senior stakeholder. This role will give great exposure up to CFO level and offers fast track progression and the chance to work for a brand leader in the sector.
