A leading restaurant business is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate to join its finance function.
Reporting into the CFO and managing 1 person you will be responsible for development of systems and processes to provide accurate and timely management information, budgets & forecasts and to enable improved and insightful management of the business.
Main duties include:
To manage the planning and forecasting process through ensuring the methodologies are in place.
Working across the business to understand the businesses financial needs and providing solutions.
Drive clarity, insight & focus around KPI's
To coordinate bottom up bi-annual budgets & top down quarterly forecasts for each company, store and overhead cost centre through Anaplan
Develop models to streamline processes and ensure accuracy.
Build presentations on budget/forecast.
Use the MI platforms to create relevant, focused dashboards and better monthly/annual financial reporting, which reflect business needs
Build dashboards to reflect the new KPI list that will be easy to interpret by non-financial users.
Provide monthly EBITDA analysis to CFO
Develop understanding of the drivers of existing store performance and target areas of improvements across sales, COGs and labour to enable clear decision making by Senior Management.
Challenge & support the operations team on managing labour spend, productivity and labour performance across portfolio.
Work with the business to develop & roll out strategic information systems in line with business needs.
Complete ad-hoc requests for analysis and/or business information
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a multi site background ideally in restaurants. Any experience with Fourth or Anaplan would be desirable.
