A high growth multi-national media business is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (FP&A Manager). The FP&A Manager will take on a vital role in building out the processes that will underpin the rapidly expanding EMEA region. The FP&A Manager will manage a small team and report to the head of department. This is a high profile position and one in which the individual will be able to truly build something and call it their own.

The FP&A Manager will take ownership for all financial planning and analysis processes including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, management reporting and consolidation of the EMEA region. There is a separate controllership function that runs all of the statutory and financial accounting elements at month end. The FP&A Manager will need to liaise closely with this team in order to ensure accurate financial information is being used in the budgeting and forecasting process.

In terms of building process, the EMEA region is a more immature function than other areas of the business. Whilst by no means are things in disarray, there is still a lot of work to be done to bring the processes and systems up to scratch. This individual will play a key strategic role in defining these processes and lead the team to implement them.

The ideal profile would be a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA or equivalent) with a few years post-qualified experience in a similar FP&A role. Experience of setting up and implementing processes would be beneficial as would experience of working in a high growth environment.
