A global digital media business on an impressive growth trajectory is looking for a FP&A Manager. This position would be perfectly suited to someone looking to make a step up after recently qualifying and with a background in FP&A or Management Reporting. The FP&A Manager will play a key role in providing the analysis and insight to the senior leadership team that will allow them to make key strategic decisions.

Therefore, the FP&A Manager will have the opportunity to directly influence the growth of the organisation through the provision of this analysis, commentary and recommendations to the leadership team. This individual will run the monthly, quarterly and annual budget process as well as taking the lead on monthly revenue forecasting, KPIs, providing analysis of the P&Ls and looking at profitability across the various countries. In addition this individual will get involved in a wide range of high profile improvement projects.

The business offers a great working culture with collaboration across all departments. This role will interact with several different business areas and a wide range of finance and non-finance stake holders. Therefore it is a great role in which to develop strong business partnering skills.

The ideal profile for the role would be a qualified accountant with around 2 years post qualified experience and a solid background in FP&A or Management Reporting. You may be CIMA/ACCA qualified or ACA from a Practice background with relevant post qualified experience within industry. Strong analysis skills are essential as well as the ability to manipulate large amounts of data in Excel and communicate effectively with all levels of stake holders across the organisation.
