A PE backed multi-site business is looking to hire an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate to join its finance function.
This is a pivotal role for a business which is embarking on its growth journey. The role will report into the CFO and will have the Executive team as stakeholders including the CEO and Exec team. The role will manage and lead a team and own the Group accounting, reporting and compliance across the Finance function and influence business decision making through timely provision of information. You will ensure the Finance function can scale through technology and process efficiency in line with business growth and evolve and lead the team accordingly.
You will be responsible for leading the automation, streamlining and efficiency of the current processes and controls, driving efficiency and effectiveness in current finance reporting and KPI’s, identifying and helping realize procurement and potential cost savings within the business and process efficiency and ensuring consistency across the entire finance function including overseeing the migration from Sage 200 to a cloud-based system.
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in a similar group financial control role, with a background in on process improvement and system implementation.
