Group Financial Reporting Manager - 12 months - 90k-95k + excellent Benefits
Our client, a large property group with a varied portfolio of buildings, agriculture and land with prestigious offices in central London, are looking for a Group Financial Reporting Manager for a 12 month contract. The successful candidate will lead a team of 4 covering financial reporting and ownership of group financial statements, managing the stats process and technical advice across twenty five subsidiaries.
Duties will include:
- Preparing the financial statements, managing the statutory accounts preparation, audit, filing, and tax return process
- Ensuring the balance sheet is reconciled and preparing balance sheet reports & analysis
- Business partnering, primarily with commercial finance teams
- Managing the accounting for acquisitions, disposals and valuation process and the related investment property reporting
The client is seeking an accountant with 5+ years' post qualified experience of working within a group function of a listed PLC or equivalent. The ideal candidate would bring innovative ideas to a range of challenges and deliver projects.
