Head of Structured Products Middle Office Operational Controls – Director

Goodman Masson are partnering with a leading European Bank who have a permanent vacancy to join the team as a Director of Global Markets Structured Product Middle Office. This position is based in London.

The SPMO SPV manager is accountable for fully managing operational activities for the existing deal stock as well as managing new business across all the related Business lines.

The successful candidate must have

• The ability to develop a global view of performance problems, identify root causes, and create tailored action plans to address any such issues
• Management experience
• Excellent understanding of controls
• Strategic mindset
• Demonstratable experience in automation to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk
• Demonstratable experience of change management deployment
