Head of Tax – Real Estate – FTSE 250

A FTSE listed business has an exciting opportunity to join as a Head of Tax, to join their London office. This role will be a mix of advisory, compliance and reporting. It is essential to have both UK and International tax experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Group Tax advice
• Responsible for the annual review of tax processes and controls
• Preparation of tax reports for quarterly board meetings
• Take ownership for the groups UK compliance
• Work directly with the Head of Group FP&A forecasting and the annual budgeting process in relation to tax figures

Skills/Experience

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified
• Previous experience in a senior in house Tax role
• Exposure to direct and indirect tax
• Knowledge of REIT’s
