IAM Architect


Goodman Masson are currently working exclusively with a global leading cyber security consultancy, in search for an IAM Architect to join their vibrant team of industry experts within their office in Quincy, Massachusetts.


The IAM Architect will act as a subject matter expert across IBM Security Identity Manager. The Architect is responsible for engineering and detail design across the ISAM/ISIM solution. They work closely together with the involved Stakeholder e.g. Factory team members, Business PM and Business Application Architect and as such is primarily responsible for the design, and the delivery of the designed solution.



  • Maintains a link to the Overall Architecture
  • Designs the IAM solutions from a Functional perspective
  • Designs and integrates IAM solutions from a technical perspective
  • Ensures that technical solutions, procedures and models for development are up-to- date and comply with standards
  • Perform Factory Integration
  • Support team members with their Factory activities
  • Watches technology development and integrates into new solutions



  • A minimum of 3 years of ISAM experience with implementations, upgrades and SSO Federation work
  • Minimum 2 years exposure/experience with ISIM or IGI
  • Product knowledge of ADFS, Sailpoint and Omada
  • Experience with enterprise scale system integration projects
  • Experience implementing enterprise access, knowledge of user identity provisioning, access management, directory services
  • Experience of protecting APIs with IBM ISAM
  • Must be eligible to work within the United States (US)
  • Ability to interact with technical managers and development teams
