In-House – Senior Tax Manager – Deals – FTSE 250

A FTSE 250 group is looking to recruit, a strong Senior Tax Advisory Manager, ideally with deals and real estate investments transactions experience.

The Senior Tax Manager will provide technical tax support and expertise to the Investment and Treasury Teams (Capital Management and Finance). Specifically supporting investment and trading legal on complex transactions.

Key Accountabilities

• To provide autonomous high calibre technical tax support and expertise to the Investment and Treasury Teams (Capital Management and Finance)
• Specifically supporting investment transactions with varying degrees of complexity.
• To assist with the management and timely delivery of project related activity involving the tax team as appropriate from time to time.
• To input into regulatory work and periodic strategic change projects that impact the Tax, Investment and Treasury teams.
• To provide day to day support to the front office, trading and portfolio management functions within the Group’s Investment and Treasury teams.
• This is a newly created role to support Head of Tax with general corporate tax advice support.
