I am currently working with a multinational business based close to Central London who are seeking an order to cash specialist to join them on a interim basis to assist them with both their billing and collections process during a difficult time.

Due to the reactive and consultative nature of this role, there is no specific job specification at this moment in time, however the job will be a mix of:

  • Performing a holistic analysis of current processes and realigning them with current client requirements
  • Hands on negotiations with clients regarding outstanding debts
  • Team management, mentoring and upskilling
  • Detailed reporting to senior stakeholders within the business

To be considered for this role, you will be:

  • An experienced Collections, Billing, Receivables or O2C Manager
  • Hands on collections skills you can use to lead from the front
  • A skilled negotiator used to dealing with stakeholders up to C-Suite level
  • Ideally a recent contractor who can bring an agile and adaptive approach to the role
  • Someone who enjoys understanding the pitfalls in processes and strengthening them
  • Used to working in pressurised and changing environments
  • Able to deliver on specified projects and targets
  • Ideally CICM qualified
  • Excellent Excel skills required for reporting (ideally up to Macro level)

Based on you ticking the above boxes, if this role sounds like something you'd like to discuss further then please apply via this advert or to be fast tracked, please send your CV and a brief covering letter to chris.parker@goodmanmasson.com.
