A School in North London are looking to recruit an interim Payroll Manager as soon as possible. This role will be for the next 6 months as a minimum to help clear backlogs, input new processes and procedures. This role will require someone who can work independently and will need knowledge of :
- LGPS Pension scheme
-Teachers pay - term time only deductions etc
-Maternity leave regulations
-Manage a payroll of around 350 staff in total
-Be immediately available
The role requires someone who is confident working independently and be able to spot and rectify issues with confidence, and have experience of working within an educational organisation.
