Interim Senior Tax Advisory Manager- FTSE 250

A FTSE 250 Business are looking to bring in a Senior Tax Advisory Manger position. The role is a 3 month contract and is inside IR35. In this role you will provide tax support for the tax affairs and be expected to provide advice on international M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advice on international M&A transactions from a tax perspective
• Assisting with the management of tax audits and disputes
• Ad-hoc queries
• Deliver tax advice for EMEA and APAC regions

Skills/Experience

• ACA/CTA/CIOT qualified
• Good working knowledge of international tax law
• Experience providing tax advice to stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
