This unique, fast-growing international organisation is currently growing its Project & Operations team and is looking to appoint a dynamic and ambitious individual to join its London-based team. It's an excellent opportunity for an agile, diligent candidate to work across multiple teams all over Europe to provide excellent project support.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing, reporting and driving forward project administrative processes in coordination with programme partner organisations and project leads across Europe
  • Ensuring effective grant management in collaboration with the grants team, and contributing to the preparation of annual grant applications and reporting
  • Publishing content relating to the organisation's, and its partner channels', activities portfolio and engaging stakeholders around key pieces of work
  • Developing new ways of working, or new administrative processes, with the operations team
  • Working to increase collaboration between different country offices, industry boundaries and cultural differences

The successful candidate will have:

  • A relevant degree qualification (essential)
  • Fluency in more than one European language
  • A project management qualification (desirable)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a project management role
  • Experience of grant management and reporting
