International Tax Manager – 12 Month FTC – Oil & Gas

A global Oil & Gas business who are recruiting for an International Tax Manager position. This role would be a 12 month FTC. They offer remote working for the position.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and indirect taxes for the group entities
• International tax compliance
• Preparation of tax provisions for audit purposes -UK GAAP/IFRS
• Preparation or review of quarterly forecasts for the UK & US corporate groups
• Oversee preparation of transfer pricing documentation and annual R&D reports as required

Skills/Experience

• Qualified ACA or ACCA accountant or equivalent
• Strong Tax accounting skills (UK GAAP, IFRS)
• Strong corporate tax experience
• Strong International tax experience
