Mixed Tax Senior Manager/ Director (Advisory focused)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducting technical research on legislative changes, review of budgets and reporting information back to the firm.
• Assisting with restructuring, including the UK tax implications of the restructure
• Reviewing qualifying status for tax-advantaged schemes
• Tax due diligence reviews for company purchased
• Determining UK Tax implications on restructuring

Qualifications:

ATT/ CTA full or part qualified
