About the role:

I am currently working with a high growth business services firm who are seeking an Order to Cash Transformation Manager for a six month period to assist in designing and developing their receivables function.

Reporting into the Head of Fin Ops, the role will working closely with other SME’s in the business and require someone with a proven track record of building and documenting processes, assisting with ERP implementations, and able to advise on all things O2C.

  1. Process Analysis and Design:
    • Analyse current O2C process and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document detailed O2C process requirements.
    • Contribute to design and propose solutions that align with best practices and ERP capabilities.
  1. ERP Implementation:
    • Collaborate with Project Team to ensure O2C process requirements are met.
    • Work closely with the ERP implementation team to translate business requirements into system configurations.
    • Conduct end-to-end testing of O2C processes within the ERP environment.
  2. Data Migration and Integration:
    • Collaborate with project data team to ensure accurate and smooth data migration
    • Identify integration points between O2C processes and other modules (e.g., Sales, Client Services, Finance) and ensure seamless data flow.
  3. User Training :
    • Support development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on new O2C processes and ERP functionality.
    • Provide post-implementation support to address user inquiries, issues, and feedback related to O2C processes.
  4. Documentation:
    • Support maintenance of accurate documentation of O2C process configurations, workflows, and system changes.
    • Support creation of user manuals and reference materials to assist end-users in navigating the ERP system

To be a good fit for this role you will need to be immediately available or on a short notice period and able to commit for a six month period.
