A leading Housing Association in London is looking to grow the support of their Oracle system by hiring an Oracle Functional Analyst. They are looking for someone to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle E-Business Siute and related third party applicaitons within their estate for Operational, Business, and Functional areas within Finance.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd line functional support in the following in Oracle EBS R12
    • iProcurement
    • General Ledger
    • Purchasing
    • Payables
    • iExpenses
    • Receivables
    • Cash Management Inventory
    • System administration modules
  • Liaision with third party poviders (e.g., Oracle)
  • Provide SME expertise and support within Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Delivering outstanding customer focused systems maintenance and support services, ensuring value for money for customers
  • Coordinating and supporting testing, incident management, problem managament, and coordinating small scale projects and deliverables across the financial application

For this role you will need the following experience:

  • Excellent functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financials
  • Experience supporting an ERP solution in a large organisation
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Experienced SQL, PLSQL, and Toad
  • Experience conducting functional analysis and production of specifications to support changes
  • Demonstrable experience coordinating with third party suppliers
  • Ability to serve as an SME
  • Experienced in Access Management, Change Management, Release and Deployment Management, Problem Management, Major and Critical Incident Management within an Oracle Application environment using an ITILv3 framework
