A great opportunity for a Payment Manager with immediate availability or short notice period to join an asset management business on a 12 months FTC initially.
The business is consolidating the payment function and so, you will have an opportunity to design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for driving this project forward.
- Review existing processes, policies and procedures recommending and implementing improvements where necessary
- Ensuring payment instructions and approval limits are maintained and appropriate
- Ensuring an efficient payments process by maximising system automation
- Monitor payment charges and look to minimise costs where possible
- Management of the purchase ledger function
To qualify, you need:
- 3+ years in Payments and 2+ years in an accounts payable/accounts assistant role
- Experience working in Financial services/Publicly listed organisations
