A large pensions firm are looking to add a Compliance Integration Manager to their team in London on a two year fixed term contract basis. It is essential you have pensions and compliance experience to apply for this role.
The department in which this role will sit is responsible for the implementation of the new scheme administration service, following the contract being awarded to the successful service provider in late-2020, at the end of a multi-year procurement exercise. The Compliance Integration Manager is part of the team that are designing the new service with the supplier. Therefore, it is essential you have experience in implementing new systems.
The role will spend time with the 2nd line compliance assurance team to ensure consistency of style and approach and keep 2nd compliance assurance team informed. You will need extensive experience of designing framework for oversight of outsourced activities from a compliance perspective.
