A leading pensions company is currently looking for a Pensions Technical Manager to join their fast-growing team in Central London. This role offers an opportunity to work for this unique organisation at a very exciting time and have a tangible impact on the operation of the pension scheme.

Experience and technical skills

The employee will be able to demonstrate the following experience and technical skills:

  • Technical expertise in relation to trust based defined contribution occupational pension schemes
  • Significant experience of the legislative provisions of the automatic enrolment regime
  • Significant experience of pensions law generally, and its application
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of HMRC and DWP requirements as well as TPR regulatory codes of practice and guidance
  • Experience of communicating complex technical concepts to colleagues at all levels of seniority
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
