Role overview

The role holder will work closely with senior stakholders within the Private Wealth function in addition to the wider Global Corporate Real Estate team. The Private Wealth function comprises of several functional workstreams (Portfolio Strategy, Estates & Transaction Management, Portfolio Data Management, Headcount and Occupancy Planning) and including the Business Partner lead and programme team supporting Corporate Real Estate (CRE) engagement with internal customers. These workstreams span the full CRE function and analysis / reporting projects may arise from any of these functional areas. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- project management

- communication surrounding the projects

- all aspects related to the timely delivery of the programme

- defining and planning projects / programmes

- managing mobilisation & controlling successful execution

The Private Wealth and CRE functions operate 'at pace' and there are a large number of analytical projects that require immediate action and fast turnaround. The role will assist the evolving data models and programmes that reduce the number of short term actions and embed a reporting model that enable the divisions to get 'ahead of the curve'.

Candidate requirements

To apply for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a strong Corporate Real Estate analyst skillset. The primary skillset required is to be analytical around real estate portfolios and lease management operations combined with programme management skills to help drive initiatives, mobilise teams and ensure delivery of both short term (i.e. very urgent / fast turnaround) change projects. Pls note my client are not looking for a programme manager to run long term change in capital projects.

My client are not able to provide sponsorship for this role so candidates will need to hold the right to work in the UK.
