Project Accountant

A passionate housing association in Hertfordshire that aims to deliver high quality, affordable homes is looking to take on a project accountant for 6-9 months to help with year-end in the finance team.

Role:

• Year end requirements
• Assets & Liabilities Register
• Rents Setting
• Backfill requirements / Implementation of Budgeting system
• Sequel Project

Requirements:

• Assets and liabilities experience to support with year end
• Knowledge of rent setting
• Focused work ethic
• Knowledge of system implementation desired but not essential
