A Challenger Bank are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team.
The key purpose of this role is to support the Quality Assurance Manager with the on-going design, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Assurance and Control frameworks across Operations within the UK, with key focus ensuring operational processes are being managed effectively and in line with business policy and procedures.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Reviewing and maintaining the overall current quality assurance framework ensuring that appropriate controls are in place and remain relevant reflecting any changes in processes or new processes
- Maintaining and implementing quality control measures and controls to understand where all business risks are identifying how to mitigate the risks or action plans to remove
- Conduct trend analysis using Operational data (quality results, incidents raised, complaints, training requests and audit outputs) to identify and agree scope for specific quality assurance review.
It is essential you have 2 years experience working in Banking or Financial Services.
