A leading pharmaceuticals manufacturing business based near Craigavon is searching for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead a multi-functional team of 12 supporting manufacturing operations. This is a new role introduced to the business due to growth.

The company focus on both clinical and commercial products and work with most of the leading pharma's/biotech's as one of the fastest growing CMO's in the sector. There are a wide range of opportunities to grow and develop within the group.

Working as a senior member of the quality team, you will be responsible for managing the review of manufacturing processes prior to product release. You will also take the lead on key projects across the group and drive the continuous improvement of quality systems. A key part of the role will be supporting the growth of the organisation by building your team and contributing to quality strategy.

You would be a great fit for the Quality Assurance Manager position if you have the following background:

  • Experience in the leadership of a Quality Assurance team or function. Candidates who haven't held direct line management positions would also be a good fit if they can evidence some background of supervision or deputising for a team lead.
  • Experience of working across, and understanding the different regulatory needs across various phases of the drug development cycle
  • Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in a scientific subject

This position is paying £45,000 - £55,000 with the option to stretch toward £60,000 for a candidate with very relevant experience.
