A leading, global pharmaceuticals manufacturing business based in Swindon is currently looking to hire a new Quality Assurance Manager (QP) for their group.

Reporting into a Head of Quality and working alongside a network of QA Managers and Qualified Persons within the business, this opportunity will suit a QA Manager/QP looking to join an evolving business that has a global reach and ability to promote quickly to a more senior level. There is a strong support structure internally that can offer a fast learning curve for a junior QP or offer a wide varied role for a more experienced QP looking to grow their skillset.

The new QP will be actively involved in product release whilst also holding the post of Quality Assurance Manager and ownership of quality delivery and strategy for their team. As the business is a fast-paced Manufacturing Organisation with a customer focus the successful Qualified Person will quickly develop their commercial acumen in a leading role.

This company works with the world's leading big pharmaceuticals so the role will provide regular contact with a global customer base. This therefore is an excellent opportunity to develop into a leading quality professional and set yourself up for a multitude of opportunities within the pharmaceuticals industry.

To be considered as Quality Assurance Manager (QP), you will need to be able to evidence the following experience:

  • Eligible Qualified Person and have conducted QP responsibilities and duties as defined in 2001/83/EC
  • Quality Assurance and QMS in a pharmaceutical quality function within a sterile manufacturing environment
  • Excellent scientific and technical knowledge
  • Minimum Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or Microbiology

The salary on offer for the post of Quality Assurance Manager (QP) will be £80,000 to £90,000 with an excellent benefits package.

Applications for this position will be reviewed and shortlisted following the Christmas break with interviews to be held in early to mid-January. Please apply as soon as possible to be considered and we can schedule a call to run through further details. You can also contact James Ivall at Goodman Masson in the first instance.

Hope to hear from you soon.
