A challenger bank based in Kent are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for their team.
The key purpose of this role is to support the management of the Quality Assurance and Business Quality Control Operations and act as an ambassador for Quality Assurance activities across Group operations. This position will support the Quality Development Manager in implementing and the on-going management of these areas of responsibility to meet the agreed Target Operating Model.
The role holder will work closely with all business areas across the group in assess and implement quality needs and lead and complete monitoring of Operational Controls, ensuring that the Quality Teams covering Mortgage and savings activities are working within a controlled and governed environment that is itself tested, providing management assurance of Operating standards, controls and risks for first line of defence business Assurance.
